58 Mile Training Route

Since I can't run, I'm turning my efforts to bicycling on the weekend. The weather was cooperative this weekend. Yesterday, Erik and I managed 33 miles yesterday despite Erik's difficulties with flat tires and broken chains. Today I had a goal of 50 miles and Erik went along with that plan as he rides faster, so rides ahead then loops back to rack up extra miles. This route was a mashup of two of our favorites, "Flat Louise" and our Lone Hickory out and back. Turned out to be a great route!
